Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Delivery Policy

APEX Custom delivers premium, handcrafted steering wheels across the United States and select international locations.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement and payment of your order, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. This confirms that your order has been received and your payment has been authorized.

Processing & Production Time

Every steering wheel is handcrafted to your exact specifications. Processing and production typically begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Production time: 12 to 17 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and U.S. public holidays. This timeframe includes material sourcing, handcrafting, assembly, and quality checks. More complex customizations may approach the upper end of this range.

Once production is complete, we will send you photos of the finished steering wheel for your approval. After your verification (or if no feedback is received within 48 hours), the item will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After production and verification, your order is shipped promptly.

Shipping & delivery time: 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States (tracked and insured), excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and U.S. public holidays.

We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS equivalents. Shipments do not occur on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Shipping Rate: $130 USD per order.
  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

From order confirmation to delivery at your door: approximately 15 to 28 business days (production + shipping), depending on the complexity of your customization and carrier performance.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use this number to monitor your package in real time.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 25 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Prices on our website are in USD and exclude any import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or customs charges.

For international orders, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These are payable upon arrival and are not covered by APEX Custom or our shipping rates.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, high demand, carrier issues, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays.

Order Acceptance & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, incomplete specifications, payment issues, or other valid reasons.
