Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Apex Customize Carbon website or placing an order.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
Words beginning with a capital letter have the meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the word is singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Company (referred to as “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to HNU ECOM Development LLC, operating as Apex Customize Carbon.
  • Goods refer to the custom steering wheels and related products offered for sale on the Service.
  • Order means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Terms of Service (or “Terms”) mean these Terms of Service that form the entire agreement between You and the Company.
  • Website refers to Apex Customize Carbon.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf such individual is acting.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service and constitute a binding agreement between you and HNU ECOM Development LLC. By accessing, browsing, or placing an Order on the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for individuals under 18.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

You acknowledge that any damage to your vehicle resulting from incorrect installation of our Goods is not our responsibility. Always disconnect the vehicle battery before working on electrical components and follow professional installation guidelines.

3. Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information provided (name, email, phone, payment details, shipping address, vehicle specifications) is accurate and complete.

We may require photos of specific parts of your current steering wheel (e.g., airbag, core) to ensure compatibility and safety. Failure to provide requested photos may delay or prevent production.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction
  • Non-compliance with our specifications requirements

Due to the custom-made nature of our Goods, Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation and the start of production. Limited cancellation requests may be considered within 24 hours of placement if production has not begun (see Returns & Refunds Policy for details).

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are quoted in USD and may be revised before Order acceptance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen factors (e.g., material costs, shipping increases) – in such cases, you will be notified and may cancel the Order.

Payments are processed one-time via available methods (major credit cards, PayPal, etc.). We do not store full payment details; they are handled securely by third-party processors.

6. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information (prices, descriptions, images, availability) is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability (and that of our suppliers) is limited to the amount you paid for the Goods or $100 USD if no purchase was made.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, business interruption, or vehicle damage from improper installation), even if advised of the possibility.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
